Decaffeinated – Colombian CO2


This process is called the CO2 Method, or Liquid Carbon Dioxide Method. The CO2 acts as a solvent to dissolve and draw the caffeine from the coffee beans, leaving the larger molecule flavour components behind. Hints of dark chocolate in the aroma with a creamy body and a tease of fruitiness in the aftertaste.
