Our training staff will assist your barista in honing their coffee skills and knowledge about our coffee that you present to clients.
To ensure consistency and increase coffee sales, it is of utmost importance that your barista has the necessary knowledge to confidently produce the perfect cup of coffee and be able to interact with your customers. Understanding how the equipment used, adjusted and maintained forms a vital part of every Barista’s daily task. Having the skill to make the perfect cup of coffee every time will ensure customer satisfaction and promote coffee sales. Knowledge about the coffee being served will pave the way for meaningful conversations with customers.
Our in-store check lists have been designed to verify all of the above criteria and are completed once every calendar month. Should the need for training arise, Conti Coffee will alert the owner and schedule an appointment for training.
Another part of our service is a tasting session where clients can learn more about specific coffee origins, their profile and how these coffees play a role in perfecting the coffee blend used by their Barista. Learning about and understanding taste profiles will enhance not only your knowledge about coffee, but also train your senses when tasting coffee in the future.
