Monsooned coffees are exposed to moisture-laden monsoon winds in open-sided warehouses along the southwest coast of India for three to four months. Indian Monsooned coffee is generally very low in acids with a clean flavour that is slightly spicy and winey. Available as beans or grinds at Conti Coffee.
