Display
Turn the machine on using the rear on/off switch. The Anfim Luna starts-up via a 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen display that is easy to use and has four customisable shot buttons. Quick purging, single shot, double shot, and manual. These 4 programmable buttons can save bespoke recipes and the “basic mode” locks dosing settings via owner control password.
Grind System
The Anfim Luna has a proven 65 mm grinding concept with premium burrs made in Germany. The right side of the machine has worm-drive grind adjustment dial. This grind adjustment method uses the little dial on the front to modify your grind, and the associated grind adjustment ring turns to reveal your new grind size.
The stepless grind adjustment on the Anfim Luna lets you choose an endless number of grind settings by going as fine or coarse as you wish. The adjustment ring features numbers to help you modify the grind size.
Hopper
A stylish 2Kg coffee bean hopper sits on top of the grinder, taking up minimal space despite its large capacity. The lid of the hopper holds recipe cards or displays the coffee bag on the front of the machine.
Portafilter Cradle
The portafilter cradle can be adjusted with a flathead screwdriver for proper dosing using most size portafilter handles. The right height puts the coffee grounds in the middle of the basket and lets you grind hands-free.

Setup, Testing & Delivery
Conti Coffee has insurance to cover our items in transit. We require one working day to set up and test your machine to ensure it is ready for use when it arrives. Delivery thereafter is location-dependent, and you can expect your delivery within three to five business days. When it arrives, you will be able to program the dose size and use it immediately.
